Because of their specific application and use, used rope is not returnable.

If you have an unopened spool or other unused item we can arrange a return if the product is in new condition.

Please email in**@bl********.com with your order number/date, rope description and return reason to arrange for a return or to ask any questions pertaining to this policy. This only pertains to orders directly from our website, not Amazon or Ebay orders. If you have a return for an Amazon or Ebay order, the item must be returned through their sites.
