SHIPPING POLICY

Blue Ox Rope is pleased to offer free standard shipping (3-5 business days) via UPS, USPS priority mail or FedEx depending on your location and cost efficiency. Express delivery is also available if you need your items expedited, however you will need to contact us for a special request so that we can quote you correctly.

Expedited shipping charges (1-3 business days) are kept as low as possible and will be computed at time of order depending on the weight of items ordered and where they are shipped.

When completing the online order, you will be asked for your phone number and e-mail. We DO NOT and WILL NOT sell phone lists or e-mail addresses! Please rest assured that your information is safe with us.

Phone and e-mail information is used by the carrier to make accurate deliveries to you. Every order you place will be assigned a tracking number and a web link will be sent to your e-mail address. This enables you to keep track of your delivery and know when to expect it on your doorstep.

Handling time for orders is 1 business day. If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your item, please first check your tracking number and check with the appropriate carrier. Blue Ox Rope is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit by the carrier. You will need to file a claim directly with the carrier.
